Going green each (most) mornings makes me feel great. My green smoothie recipe I use is below:
1/4 cup spinach, 1/4 cup kale, 1/3 of a banana, 1/3 cup fresh pineapple, 1/3 cup mango, 1/8 cup water, 1/4 cup ice.
I like to mix up the fruit every now and then. Today I used banana, strawberries, and peaches. So good!!
